Terms & Conditions for V Inspired Marketing Ltd - Inner Wellness Flow

Introduction

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By enrolling in a wellness product, meditation, workshop, app experience, wellness retreat or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

"Member" refers to anyone who has joined an Inner Wellness Flow product or service.

Joining
Members can be initiated at any time by completing the checkout process and making your first payment or adding their email address in return for a free product.

By enrolling, it is assumed that you have read the document Considerations Before You Enrol and meet the necessary criteria.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any service or application at our sole discretion. If an application is declined after payment has been made, the payment will be refunded in full.

Programme Access and Termination
Products are for individual use only and cannot be transferred to another person or organisation.

• We reserve the right to revoke access to the service or product without refund if a member:
• Commits an unlawful act;
• Refuses or neglects to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Submits false or misleading information;
• Engages in conduct deemed harmful to the products or its participants.

If the product is moved to a new hosting platform, we will notify members. Access will remain available as long as the service or programme is hosted on its platform.

Fees
Product fees are prepaid and can be made through our site or via email links provided.

Members can choose to pay in full or in instalments (if applicable). Access is granted to individuals, not to organisations or groups.

Use of Site and Security
By becoming a member, you agree to access the secure, member-only areas of the site. While we take reasonable measures to ensure security, we are not liable for breaches beyond our control.

Members are prohibited from extracting or sharing information from the member-only areas for purposes other than interacting with other members. Breaches of this policy will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

We reserve the right to make reasonable updates or changes to the services, products, programme, site, or conditions without prior notice.

Conduct and Member Responsibilities
Members will be provided with unique login credentials and must not share or disclose these details with others. Breaches of this rule will result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.

Payment, Refunds, and Warranties
All purchases made via our site are binding upon completion of the transaction. Refunds are not provided for programmes, products, or services purchased through the site, except in extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of the programme director. All refund decisions are final.

Dispute Resolution
Members acknowledge and accept responsibility for their interactions with others within the programme. V Inspired Marketing Ltd - Inner Wellness Flow is not liable for disputes between members

Retreats

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL POLICIES BELOW.
BY PURCHASING INNER WELLNESS FLOW RETREATS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to INNER Wellness Flow retreats (“Inner Wellness Flow”). By proceeding to purchase any of the Inner Wellness Flow retreats, classes, or any service(s), you (the “user”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, after providing notice to you. The user agrees to be bound by any future amendments made to the Terms and Conditions. The user can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time by accessing the “Terms and Conditions” link on the Inner Wellness Flow website.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. IF CANCELLING 61 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO THE RETREAT START DATE: Payments are eligible (but not guaranteed) for refunds. IF CANCELLING 60 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT START DATE:

All payments are NOT refundable.
There are NO refunds available for any reason, including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, pandemics, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellations, health conditions, medical, personal, family, work emergencies or change of mind. This includes all Covid-related cancellations (illness, travel, quarantines, lockdowns, etc).

COVID
All deposits are non-refundable. This includes all Covid related cancellations, including, but not limited to: flight changes/cancellations/delays, illness, lock downs, quarantines, border closings, travel requirements etc.

Inner Wellness Flow is not responsible nor liable for any retreat participant who contracts Covid before, during, or after the retreat.

INNER WELLNESS FLOW CANCELLATION POLICY
Students will be refunded (with the exception of non-refundable deposit) should Inner Wellness Flow need to cancel the retreat for any reason including but not limited to: illness, physical deterioration, weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions, medical, personal, family or work emergencies.
 
If the retreat is at half capacity or less 90 days prior to the retreat start date, Inner Wellness Flow reserves the right to cancel the event. All deposits are non-refundable, but shall be credited against an alternative retreat. 
 
User FLIGHT(S) and/or ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION COSTS and/or GENERAL TRAVEL EXPENSES will NOT be reimbursed should Inner Wellness Flow cancel the retreat.
 
The additional purchase of TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all Users, and to prevent financial loss.

DISCLAIMERS (ROOMS)
ALL ROOMS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE so the sooner you sign up, the more likely your needs will be fulfilled.

If you do not have a roommate you will be paired with another guest who is not yet assigned a roommate.


DISCLAIMERS (GENERAL)
The total cost paid is for one space on the retreat (covering room, food). Inner Wellness Flow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.

Inner Wellness Flow is not responsible for airline cancellations, missed flights, or transportation issues prior to the retreat.

A VALID PASSPORT MAY BE REQUIRED if you are leaving your home country to attend a retreat. Retreat deposit (any amount requested at check out) is non-fundable for any circumstances (including Covid related occurrences). You have until 61 days before the retreat to request any refunds (subject to deposit policy). Travel insurance is NOT included in the price of the retreat, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you do not specify who your roommate is we will assume you are open to any guest. You must pay your total retreat balance at least 45 days prior to the retreat start date (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL).

You must sign and return the Liability Waiver and Retreat Contract BEFORE the retreat start date.

THIRD PARTY VENDORS
During the retreats, there will be third parties providing services, including catering, transportation, and lodging. Inner Wellness Flow is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any of these third parties. Although Inner Wellness Flow strives to provide the best services and products available, Inner Wellness Flow has no control over such third parties and Inner Wellness Flow is not responsible or liable for any products, materials, or services, or the lack thereof. The user further acknowledges and agrees that Inner Wellness Flow is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on such third parties, goods or services.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All terms of these Terms and Agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The parties hereby submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales with respect to any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to Inner Wellness Flow retreats.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these Terms and Conditions which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are severable. In lieu thereof, there shall be added a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid and unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.

MEDITATIONS
Disclaimer and Important Considerations Before Enrolling: Meditations can be deeply transformative and benefit millions of people, but may also present challenges.

Our meditations do not under any circumstances diagnose any illnesses or conditions, nor do they replace the treatment of a Medical Doctor (GP) or Psychotherapist. Should you suspect that you are suffering from an undiagnosed illness or condition, we strongly recommend that you to speak with your primary care Doctor or physician.

Our meditations are not recommended for persons experiencing mental disorders or illness without first consulting with your therapist.

Meditation should not be the sole medical or psychological intervention for any disorder. Meditation should not be used instead of appropriate medical treatment and any individual experiencing medical problems, concerns must consult a qualified healthcare professional, provider for diagnosis and advice.

To ensure this meditation, retreat, course is suitable for you at this time, please carefully consider the following.

If you are experiencing any of the situations below, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor or therapist before signing up.

This masterclass may not be suitable for you right now if:

• You have recently experienced a major life crisis (e.g., a cancer diagnosis or bereavement): It's generally recommended to wait at least six months before beginning mindfulness practices if you are in the immediate aftermath of such events. While existing mindfulness skills can offer support during challenging times, learning mindfulness for the first time is best approached when you are in a more stable space.
• You are experiencing suicidal thoughts or episodes of psychosis.
• You are living with PTSD: We recommend seeking support through a live course with a trained trauma teacher who has the expertise to guide you safely.
• You are dependent on drugs or alcohol.
• You are dealing with severe mental health challenges or vulnerabilities.

The practices of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga can offer many benefits during pregnancy, such as relaxation, stress reduction, and increased self-awareness. However, it is essential to approach these practices with care:

1. Consult Your Healthcare Provider: Always consult your doctor, midwife, or a qualified prenatal care provider before beginning or continuing any meditation or yoga practice during pregnancy.
2. Modify as Needed: While most visualisation meditations and techniques can be suitable. Not all techniques, especially in Kundalini yoga meditation, are suitable during pregnancy. Avoid intense breathwork (like breath of fire), prolonged breath holds, or any postures that compress the abdomen.
3. Listen to Your Body: Pay close attention to your body's signals. If any practice causes discomfort, dizziness, or strain, stop immediately.
4. Seek Prenatal-Specific Guidance: Whenever possible, practice under the guidance of a qualified prenatal yoga or meditation instructor familiar with the unique needs of pregnancy.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• If you cancel your reading, please note there are no refunds; all sales are final.

4. Client Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate birth details (date, time, location). If you are unsure of your birth time, a general reading can still be provided but may have limitations.
• Please arrive on time, with an open mind and heart.
• This space is held with respect, confidentiality, and compassion — and the same is expected in return.

5. Confidentiality

• All personal and astrological information shared in the session is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared.

6. Technology & Recordings

• If your session is recorded, it will be shared with you afterwards via a private recording link
• Technical issues on your end (e.g. poor connection) are your responsibility. If there is an issue on my end, your session will be rescheduled.

7. Energetic & Ethical Boundaries

• I do not offer readings about third parties without their consent (e.g., “What is my partner thinking?”).
• My approach is rooted in empowerment, not prediction — this is about helping you align with your essence, your purpose, and not outsourcing your power.

8. Refund Policy

• Due to the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved in each reading, all sales are final unless stated otherwise under cancellation terms.
